Creating virtual content was a highly effective solution to showcase IGK Salon's new location in Miami Design District. We were able to highlight the open space and the cool interiors. Upon entrance we placed a virtual tag for the intro video to familiarize new users with the brand and its founders. Next step was to integrate their already popular social media accounts such as Instagram. Final step was to develop a virtual tag to link IGK products to Sephora website for potential customers to explore and buy the products. Results have been impressive as the browsing time for the virtual space averages 3 minutes with a high number of direct clicks to purchase products online. Embedding introduction video from YouTube increased view count and overall popularity.
